Shipping policy

Order fulfilment time

All products in our shop are made to order. The fulfilment time is up to 40 working days from the moment the order is placed and paid for. We will keep you informed of every stage of fulfilment on an ongoing basis.

Delivery within Poland

We deliver orders via the following carriers: InPost, DPD, GLS and AmbroExpress. Delivery time after dispatch of the order is usually 1–3 working days, depending on the selected carrier and the place of delivery.

Delivery within the European Union

We ship to all countries of the European Union. Delivery time abroad is usually 3–7 working days after dispatch of the order. The costs of international shipping are calculated individually and shown during the placing of the order.

Shipment tracking

After the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number, which allows you to monitor the delivery status on an ongoing basis.

Damage during transport

If the shipment reaches you damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Draw up a damage report with the courier and send us photos of the damage — we will deal with the matter without delay.
